How can I make payments for your services?
You can make payments via cash or bank transfer. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide all the necessary payment details for a smooth and secure transaction.

Where do you take the items, and does it get recycled?
All waste is taken to licensed facilities where it’s sorted, recycled, or disposed of safely and responsibly. We work with trusted partners to ensure everything is handled in line with environmental regulations and our commitment to sustainability.

What areas do you cover?
We cover a 50-mile radius from London. If you're based outside this area, feel free to get in touch—we may still be able to assist!

What type of waste do you take?
We handle all types of waste except for materials containing asbestos or gypsum (such as plasterboard), tyres, commercial and ammonia fridges, and any waste classified as hazardous (including fluorescent tubes and chemicals). If you're unsure about a specific item, feel free to ask!
